About the course
Participant-Only Mini
Students with disabilities must be challenged to excel within the general curriculum and be prepared for success in their post-school lives, including college and/or careers. This module provides a historic perspective on the identification of high-incidence disabilities, the use of evidence-based strategies focused on students’ strengths and removing barriers to rigorous curriculum through Universal Design for Learning. Participants will use the case-study method to develop appropriate accommodations and modifications to support student access and achievement in grade-level academic content.
